Booking Agreement
Our Service Policy
At Bravo Concierge, we provide bespoke, high-end massage therapy designed around your specific travel or local needs. To ensure your curated experience and professional availability, we require a Reservation Retainer of 50% due upon signing to reserve dates. This retainer becomes non-refundable once travel is confirmed. This structure ensures your dedicated time is protected and allows us to maintain the exceptional standard of service you expect from a premium concierge engagement. We value your commitment to functional wellness and look forward to serving you.
Payments and Cancellations
Final Payment of the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the first day of service. For engagements booked within seven days of departure, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Because our services are customized for each client, cancellations made after the final payment window are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability, provided the request is made early. In cases of no-shows, the full fee is retained. We are not responsible for travel delays, but will offer credits for force majeure events.
Arrivals and Travel Engagements
Please ensure you are ready at the appointed time to enjoy your full session; late arrivals may unfortunately result in shortened treatment times to respect subsequent bookings. For all travel and local concierge services, our priority is your comfort and functional movement, and these terms allow us to deliver that excellence consistently.
