Bravo Functional Therapy was born from a simple need:
to offer clients a better way to return to movement that works. To help make the body and human movement make sense again.
After working in conventional wellness for years,
Becka grew tired of fixing symptoms.
Taking a biomechanical approach,
we move beyond simply fixing the thing that hurts and offering a new perspective - why does it hurt to begin with? Is your knee pain really the problem, or is it an alarm bell alerting you to something deeper?
On the table, we address adhesion and fascial connections using proven clinical techniques like myofascial release and red light therapy; off the table, we explore how it feels when alignment comes first through Functional Range Conditioning©. New patterns are reinforced and alignment becomes embodied so that systemic change becomes attainable.

WHAT WORKS
The Foundation of the Bravo Method™️
STANDING ON SCIENCE
After more than two decades working with the human body, the dysfunctional movement pattern that emerges most often became glaringly apparent -
we have to go back to the feet.
When your literal foundations are straining under the pressures of modern living, how can we expect anything above to function optimally?
Using the Bravo Method™️ you start to realize how ignoring the feet ignores how you ended up in most of your dysfunctional movement patterns to begin with. Using external supports like orthotics and braces may help you to feel more supported while your wear them, but you've now told your feet to stop being, well, feet.
And when we lose movement somewhere in the body, it has to show up somewhere else, somewhere not built for it. And you'll get away with it - until you don't.
